Great experience. Didn’t have to go wait real long, very clean facility, nice staff and everything went well.

I was only in there for 5 mins. The NP prescribed me pneumonia meds for a sinus infection and I ended up in the ER 2 days later due to the meds making me even sicker. A huge waste of money for my copay and ended up costing $2000 by the time in was all over. I’ll never set foot in one again.

Great alternative to the ED when your PCP is closed or over booked! Waiting room is spacious and clean, important if you don't want to leave with illnesses you didn't come in with! Wait time was reasonable. Doctors and other staff were kind and professional.

It's like KidMed for parents! I love these people and will never go to Patient First again! They actually care and, if wait times are long, they are upfront and honest. I have been here a few times, the staff and doctors are great. The best urgent care facility in our area for sure!

I have had excellent treatment at the Broad Street BetterMed Urgent Care. The staff remembers me (and I haven't been there that often!), makes me feel taken care of and helps me get well.
