I was seen very quickly. The personnel were pleasant.

I came in and could hardly walk on my leg. The doctor did not even look at it. Just wanted me to have an expensive scan to check for a blood clot. He did not even take x-rays. I thought that was the first thing doctor's do is take x-rays when a patient thinks they might have a broken leg. Weeks later when the pain was still excruciating, I went to another practice and after examining me, the doctor took x-rays and my leg was broken. For three weeks I walked around on a broken leg because BetterMed did not take x-rays and find this out. I can't believe that BetterMed did not do a better job at catching this. I will not return.

feeling really bad that day and had been for several days. Explained the systems and the doctor said it will go away nothing he could do. Well it didn't go away and I had my regular yearly appoint with my family care doctor the next week. Yes, I had a sinus infection and was given an antibiotic and yes it went away and now I am fine. I will never go to BetterMed again.
