My experience at BetterMed Urgent Care was excellent. All of the staff were friendly and courteous, and were efficient in getting me back to a room and seen by a provider very quickly. The provider was very thorough and listened to my concerns and explanation of symptoms.

Went to get a knife cut treated. Had to travel to a second location because the first location didn’t have the glue to close the cut. How can you be urgent care and not keep stock of the most common medical supplies?

Great urgent care. Ken was great, I was seen right away, very clean & little paperwork to fill out. Could not have been better. I have referred my friends to Better Med.

Your staff took great care of me! They had everything I needed. I was in and out in less than an hour. Included X-ray having it read and a brace!

I went to CVS to pick up my prescription and they never received it. I called Better Med and they said they were resending it. Well, they only resent 1/3 prescriptions over and having a cough that keeps you up all night and not being able to get the meds to help control it really stinks. While I was waiting for the 1 to be filled another lady that had been to Better Med after me also did not have her prescription sent over.

The doctor did not help dd Car took like 2 h and then he was rush me out because it was closing time. They charge like 189 for a ear infection, if you don’t have a good insurance don’t go there is ridicules, they charge double.
