Everyone was nice and prompt

BetterMed was fantastic. Check-in was easy and fast. Nurses and doctor were knowledgeable, patient and understanding. Our visit was exactly what we needed and we were home in no time with a diagnosis, Rx and tips to feel better fast. Will definitely use BetterMed in the future and will refer friends and family without hesitation.

Bettermed took excellent care of me!! I was in and out within 45 minutes. Shannon, the x-ray tech did a wonderful job taking my x-rays and Laura; the provider was nice. I highly recommend BetterMed! They are a great team.

I have been here since 930 this morning. I didn't get called to the back until 1145. Its 1:17 & I'm still waiting for the doctor to see me. I understand its cold & flu season but this is ridiculous. At least acknowledge the fact that I'm still here & someone is coming. I really think they forgot about me. Never will I come here again. If I didn't feel so bad I would've just left! Poor service!!!!!

Caregiver saw me quickly. She was caring, thorough, and took the time to answer all my questions. Correctly diagnosed and treated my medical issue.

I was seen quickly and got great care. I’m a little disappointed that my insurance charged my deductible for the visit instead of having a co-pay, which I’m sure, is why BetterMed required a credit card on file before seeing me.

Where to go for immediate and very good care . Staff genuinely cares.
