Long wait times with little instruction or updates

Copays of $60 are ridiculous but I do appreciate the personal care I receive and the upkeep of the facility itself

We arrived with my 3 month old daughter. The receptionist checked us in, took our copay, and then we proceeded to wait. We then proceeded to wait back in a room. Eventually, the nurse came in and belittled us by telling us we were only there because we are first time parents, despite the fact that we were in because she hadn't kept anything down in more than 2 days. Shortly after, the doctor came in and told us that BetterMed was "not equipped or trained to deal with a 3 month old." DIRECT QUOTE. The only reason we brought her there was because the website said they treat babies of all ages. Would not recommend AT ALL. If my daughter was too young, they shouldn't have checked us in and shouldn't have taken our money.

Once taken back to a patient room for my appointment, the staff was extremely loud, unprofessional to say the least. I could here their conversations even with the door closed. The nurse practitioner I had today did not listen to what I had to say at the end. She cut me off, making an unfair assumption, very close to being rude. I went there for my work case. After my last appointment I will never go there again or recommend the place to anyone else

(location: Richmond West End - Parham near Quioccasin) Practitioner interaction was empathetic, reassuring, and informative -- they explained all procedures and impact on my health in detail. Office staff was efficient and courteous. This is how I always imaged the patient-practitioner relationship should be! Thank you!
