The nurse was very patient and friendly. The physician assistant thoroughly explained what he observed and help me understand what causes temperatures and how the body fights off bacteria. Could not have been more impressed with the physician assistant.

This is my first visit to this location. I’ve always been seen @ Broad St location. Medical care was ok but didn’t like the idea of giving them my debit card info when I have Medicare & Anthem insurance & no copay.

The NP who saw me for extreme tooth pain was clearly in a hurry to be done with me and didn’t even ask me what level of pain I was in. And despite claiming to see the cracks in the tooth causing me so much pain, she only gave me a numbing liquid. When I told her it wasn’t working and asked her for something else, she said she could do nothing more. Even my dentist was shocked that she didn’t give me pain meds. I understand there are people seeking pain meds when they don’t need them, but it is your employees’ job to be able to tel the difference between people in real pain and addicts. Your NP showed no empathy and 100% burnout. Useless visit and useless NP.

I just needed a COVID rapid test. The process seemed unnecessarily complicated. I had to give an interview and have an exam. Took about an hour and a half. I got the feeling that it was related to E/M billing. CVS just tests you and you're in and out much faster. You could probably test three times as many patients in that time. There may be a better use of your NP's time if these tests could be streamlined and relegated to an RN.

They say they handle workers comp, but they don't. I was willing to go here until the nurse practitioner was rude about it. I won't go back.

I had a very good experience. The staff kept me informed on my wait to see a doctor by texting me while I waited in my car. They were very nice and took the time with me that I needed.
