Quick, pleasant & efficient!

This place is a Joke! I had a Covid test taken at the Chester BetterMed on a Thursday in March. I was told that it would take 3-4 days to get the results and that they would call me. I called several times that next Tuesday, after not hearing from them on Monday. When I finally got someone to answer the phone I was told that it was 3-4 business days because the lab was closed over the weekend...CLOSED during a pandemic? I didn't hear from them on Wednesday. Could not get anyone to answer the phone on several tries Thursday. Finally got to talk to someone and was told that they had misplaced my results. Could not get anyone to answer the phone Friday or Saturday morning. Shortly after I tried to call them Saturday morning I received a call from them with my results, thank God it was negative! It took 9-days to get the results but what infuriates me the most is a facility that is supposed to be there for medical assistance doesn't even answer the phone! Never going back!

Good customer service

They were pleasantly nice both over the phone and once I was there. Service was quick, as no-one else was there at the time I went. The Nurse was very nice and happened to be the one who answered my call, and the doctor was kind and explained things in a friendly manor. I'd go back in a heartbeat whenever needing to.
