Staff was very friendly and helpful. Attending physician was thoughtful and compassionate.

I received wonderful care that Sunday afternoon. Much better than the care I received later that day at MWH ER. This was the second time I've found relief at this facility. Living out on the lake, there is nothing like this offered so this is also the closest medical help available.

I was seen for Bronchitis after having been treated with Steroids and Azithromycin by my PMD for 2 weeks. Came to Better Med complaining of bad cough and productive sputum associated with the cough. Better Med stated my lungs were clear by x-ray and placed me on Doxycycline and a cough syrup. 12 Days later, I still have the same symptoms and no relief.

I had a vein to burst and spurt blood at my gym.. I was on blood thinners. Afer the pool manager and gym manager bandaged my leg, I came to Better Med. Elisa Bivins saw me and applied a type of bandage that would make the vein clot. It was still bleeding when she unwrapped the initial bandage. She then wrapped the leg again and said to keep this bandage on a few days. It worked and I have not had any more problems.

When doctors prescribe strong antibiotics, they should also give you probiotics, and even a vaginal yeast insert, because antibiotics mess up your system. All I was told was I might get a stomach ache. It is worse than that, and other doctors have provided the supplements, I remembered.
