During this time of COVID19 when every doctor's office assumes you have it before listening to your true symptoms. It was refreshing to have someone genuinely greet you upon arrival hear you out then share that they will be able to see you for what you came for along with having to take a COVID19 test as a precaution. Negative results and received good treatment for what I came for. For that I want to say THANK YOU and keep up the good work and excellent bedside manners. You are appreciated!

Had a positive COVID-19 test. I was tested Saturday evening. My rapid test was negative on Saturday. Had a another COVID-19 test that was sent out. Called For my results on Wednesday and I was called back and informed my result was positive. No instructions were given and nothing in writing was given to me. No follow up care!!!

When I visited, the receptionist at the front desk was not wearing a mask. That is reckless and dangerous. I came to get tested for COVID, not to try and get infected with it.
