Really quick in and out just wished I was told my diagnosis.

I’m happy to say The facility was clean. And the associates already quick to have me seen. The visit was overall very good.

Be very careful about the charges after your visit. I was told there might be charges over the emergency room co-pays but it was rare unless they needed emergency x-rays or something like that. Well, couple weeks after my visit I received a notification of an additional charge. Next time will be going to the emergency room instead as this was WAY overpriced for a visit that required 2 stitches.

Very efficient. Super friendly and nice from admins to nurse and doctor. I will definitely use again should I need urgent care.

The staff was clear with their instructions, friendly and quick.

I'm always impressed with the smooth systems, thorough communications and kind staff you offer. Hands down, BetterMed is my preferred spot for healthcare. :)

Fast and courteous

A very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and efficiently run healthcare business. My first time with the staff on duty but I felt like they were trusted family. They are my Urgent Care of choice when needed.
