The BetterMed experience was great. The staff were professional, polite and very knowledgeable. They performed a thorough history and treated my injury appropriately. The whole experience took less than an hour and I was out and enjoyed the rest of the day.

I went to BetterMed Urgent Care on South Boulevard in Charlotte, NC for COVD testing. They were able to get me in the same morning I asked for an appointment and everything there was extremely helpful, reassuring and kind. Would highly recommend.
