We promptly notified you of this on June 26, 2026, and requested alternative business name options. As of today, we have not yet received a response with your preferred alternative name(s), which has prevented us from moving forward with the filing. If you could kindly reply to our email with your preferred alternative LLC name(s), we would be happy to proceed with your filing as quickly as possible and obtain all the necessary documents for your LLC without further delay.
