Very professional company. I have been in a very stressful situation and Luisa has been with me at every step, listening and helping. They arranged my appointment at a clinic and the service there was very smooth and fast. I got my results even faster than expected and they even arranged a Doctor Consultation for me. My Covid 19 antibody test arrived quickly. Took my sample, sent it off and got my result within two days which I'm very pleased with. Good communication with the Customer service team. Would use Better2Know again in the future!
