Better2Know...reliable and always so prompt at replying to mails. Second time I have ordered their Covid fit to fly home kit and they won’t let you down. Thank you to Louise, especially.

Really easy to follow process, friendly and warm communications and quick results. Thank you!

I recently used this company to arrange a blood test. They were very courteous, helpful, and professional. The doctor I dealt with was a real “people person”. A couple of weeks later when I contacted them to arrange a copy of my receipt (I had mislaid my access details), After security verification my receipt was sent immediately. I would recommend them

i would say it may not be the best but it’s one of the few top quality of customer service i have ever seen. quick and fast service with great attitude, would high recommend this

We have just used Better2know for our PCR Covid tests for our holiday to Saint Lucia and can honestly say they have been fantastic. Myself and my husband along with our 2 friends ordered our tests which arrived next day. The instructions were clear, and we had great communication from Louise throughout. We returned our tests and all 4 of us had results back within 48 hours. Thank you Better2know for your excellent service, as a travel consultant I will certainly be recommending you to any clients.

I can only recommend Better2Know in the warmest terms. The Priority test is very expensive, but the turn-around period was most impressive and the service dependable in an emergency. I needed a fast test result in order to be able to travel to Germany to attend a close family funeral. When Royal Mail's special delivery service proved utterly unreliable, resulting in my swab being delivered two days late, on the very morning of my journey, the Better2Know lab fast-tracked the test, and I received the result within eight hours, just in time for boarding my flight. This ensured that I could travel safely, without endangering anybody, and released me from the very substantial fear that I would have to go into quarantine on arrival and thus miss the funeral. Better2Know was in contact with me throughout.

To get the result on time you need to order the pack with five days before your flight ( Monday to Friday) , weekend is one day on top . Louise and Ally sorted out all my questions and send the result on time for my flight. I highly recommend Better2know for private Covid-19 test . Thank you Better2know!
