Very very grateful and big thank you to all staff at Better2Know, super efficient and unbelievably friendly! I had to get test done to enable me to fly back to China, and preflight test window has reduced from 72hrs to 48hrs, and the complicated thing is the embassy is constantly changing requirements for test reports, and rules are very strict. However, thank to Better2Know, they are there 24/7 for me and patiently dealt with all my enquiries. They have done a brilliant job !! Thank you all once again!

After I mixed up my Covid tests - I ended up with the wrong one completed to Fly abroad for work. With less than 48 hours to my flight time, the Manageress stopped my panic and stated she would personally make sure my certificate to fly would be with me on time. It was with time to spare. This level of personal service and dedication to seeing a problem through and solving the issues is rarely seen nowadays. I recommend anyone who needs a ‘fit to fly’ certificate visit this company site. From beginning to completion the efficiency is second t none.

This is not a suitable service if you are a tourist abroad (Spain, Canary Islands) as an STD test takes 4-7 working days to be returned before a consultation or prescription can be offered. This is despite them advertising that this is provided within 30 minutes on the local Spanish website. I was only advised this would take 4-7 working days once they’d taken payment and said it could not be refunded. I ONLY went to this provider because it stated same day service and their Google placed adverts dominates almost every search criteria. This is false advertising. Perhaps they offer a good service as a local in mainland Spain, but this is absolutely not suitable as a tourist. Response to Better2Know: I have clearly been told that instant results are not available in Gran Canaria as I expressly asked for advice. I did not mind the cost. * please provide the express link, pharmacy and service that provides instant results in Gran Canaria. I have spoken multiple times to your staff (they are very nice) but have not been offered this. I also have an email stating that this is not possible in GC from your staff. Update 26/11 - results received 14 days after sample given. Emails ignored asking for clarification on Better2Know’s denial that results are available quickly in Gran Canaria. To confirm, whilst nice service, this isn’t suitable as a tourist.
