Agree with other reviewers. Booked day 2 tests. Money taken. No confirmation email and no reply despite waiting 1 hour on chat and emailing and phoning company. Terrible experience and totally unacceptable. Should be taken off list of government-approved sites.

Ordered 2 covid 2 day tests. Government approved site. They took my money. No confirmation email. Not answering online chat help. Phone line gets cut off! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!! Resolved after a long wait for a phone call answer! Apparently email system is down! So gave me test code over the phone all sorted but took 3 hours to do!

I have ordered today day 2 tests for me and my partner and I was waiting to get the email with booking reference number but I did not I have tried to get in touch with them via live chat and phone but I have got no answer. Please avoid this company!

Our elderly friend was having trouble booking his lateral flow antigen test for 2 days after entering the uk from Spain, and we were struggling to book one for him. Enil was an absolute hero. Patient and helpful in enabling me to obtain the test and booking no. Thankyou.

Ordered a day 2 antigen test for return to UK, site said I would receive an email immediately but nothing 6 hours later and no response to repeated attempts to contact. As I am travelling tomorrow have gone elsewhere. Extremely poor, definitely avoid.

It was the first time I used Better2Know so did not know what to expect. However, all experience turned out to be flawless and brilliant. Louise kept excellent communication, ever since I ordered home kit and my certificate came in an instant after forwarding the results by email. Instructions on how to perform the test are super simple and easy - highly recommend it for anyone that wants to have easy and stress-free Rapid Covid 19 Lateral Flow self-test at home. Thank you.

I have ordered a covid day 2 and day 8 test! It is now day 5 and I received nothing! I have been trying to get a refund as I ordered through another company, (which I already had the test successfully). It is now day 5, and I have no test and the person responsible, refused to give me my money back after FOR A SERVICE THEY DID NOT HONOUR!! THAT IS STEALING!! I had to get my bank involved and only then I got my money!
