Thanks so much for the awesome review! We're thrilled to hear that you're seeing great results with your red light panel—improving your skin tone and sleep. Thanks again for your support and for recommending our product!

We sincerely apologize that your red light therapy experience wasn't satisfactory. The plastic covering is designed to protect the lamp beads from damage and prevent moisture from entering, while also softening the light to avoid harsh glare. And your suggestion for adjustable belts has been noted and will be considered for future designs. Don't worry. If you have questions about the product and the instruction manual, please reach out to our customer service for assistance. Thank you for your feedback.
