Best Price PhotoReviews of bestpricephoto.com

I placed an order with bestpricephoto.com for the Canon Rebel t31 (body only) three days ago. Today they called to make sure I understood it did not come with a battery or any accessories and to ask if I would like to order them as well. When I told them I understood that but did not want to increase my order, they then told me it was a Japanese model and came with a Japanese manuel. For just $150 more I could upgrade to a USA model. I said I wasn’t interested in that and would take the Japanese model. I was then asked, “So you speak Japanese? All the symbols on the camera are in Japanese." I cancelled my order. I reviewed the website and there was absolutely no indication that what I ordered was a Japanese model. On a side note, I ordered from them a year ago with no problems. However, after my most recent experience they will never again get my business or recommendations.

0) all the decent reviews are a result of incentives offered to customers... if they want the product shipped 1) not ship your order until "they confirm your address via a phone call" which means it could be days until u speak with them. 2) They will up-sell you ( main reason for call) by lying about battery/lens or something else of that nature (lies are easily caught if you do any research on the product) 3) Easy to get hold off when they want to up-sell but you will be put on hold for 45 mins or more if you like to get status on your order 4) they will not email you a tracking number or provide any update on your product.. even weeks after order was placed.

theyre called best price photo for a reason. They kill all the competition. It's nice to see companies that don't greedily mark up their prices. Hard to find these days... :)

I ordered my Sony A55 off of BPP and it was the lowest price out there. They called me to confirm my address before the order was sent out and suggested items that would go handy with my new Sony. The staff was helpful and my camera came damage free. I would recommend this website to anyone who is looking for cameras at a great price.Job well done BPP!! A+

I love the cost.... And their customer experience is very good.... The cost my order was very huge... So they sent an email to verify if I am the one who actually ordered..... Excellent.. The item reached on time and no fault.... I would buy my next cam with this site and recommended to my friend....

Had the best price and the customer service was excellent. I love the camera I purchased and would recommend them to anyone!

The price was very good, and the delivery time was as indicated. In conversation with customer service I was treated well and my questions were answered. I would recommend this company to anyone purchasing photo equipment.

I have no complaints about this company. The product arrived when they said it would; it was a bit less expensive than the next reliable company I could find on the Internet, and the shipping was free. I will definitely shop again here.
