Bought rims and spokes for my first wheelbuild last time I was at this shop, and have bought various parts before as well. The shop(s) is (are) great, very well stocked and staffed. On my first visit, the fellow helping me find a set of handlebars took the time to walk me through the warehouse section and show me around. Sales staff isn't pushy at all, though sometimes I got a bit of an air of superiority from certain members. However, this can likely be attributed that relative to them I'm a bit of a noob, and can be rather apparent about this at times. In terms of stocked parts, they are easily the best shop in Milwaukee. Occasionally will be a bit more expensive than others, but definitely competitive across the board. In terms of atmosphere, definitely among the best in Milwaukee though Cory the Bike Fixer might edge them out in this category by a hair. I suppose this is a review for their website, however (my rims had to be special ordered in so I guess it came up as an online purchase). I can say this: their prices are competitive with other online retailers, and it's awesome to have this in an in-store format in my home town.

Ben's had a very good selection of pedals to choose from, and I found what I wanted quickly. Shipping was free, and it was second day air! I put the pedals on last night, and had a fantastic ride to work this morning.

I received some handlebars that had escaped their package while in transit and arrived rather busted. Ben's shipped out a replacement pair right away. Love these guys. Thanks for the help Matt !

Matt was super. Hooked me up with a surly rear for cheap and the new Milwaukee front. He had to work with velocity (sometimes a pain) but he got a pair of chukkers long thought to be extinct. Build quality on the wheels was great and it was shipped quickly too. Very happy overall
