Ever feel like you are just not sized right on your new bike? Or you didn't quite get the bike you originally went to the store to buy? We've heard the stories from both customers and customer’s friends who have been steered in a wrong direction in a bike sale. Maybe it's because the shop didn't carry the type of bike they wanted, had a particular model they needed to liquidate or maybe they didn't have the right size in stock, but still wanted the sale. That is definitely not the way to treat a new bike customer or any customer. A shop like that isn't concerned about your need or comfort on a bike; they just wanted a sale. Once you’re out the door...its money in their cash drawer and they're on to the next.We strive to make sure you're getting the right bike for your type of riding. Not only that; we won't put you on a bike that doesn't fit you properly. These are important things to us and they should be even more important to you. We want you to love riding your bike and will do our best to make sure you do.

I bought the bicycle pizza cutter for my husband. He has not used it as it but it looks great.

I ordered a Shimano tool from Ben's Cycle which, after checking various online stores, I discovered was the best price and cheapest shipping. Other stores were charging more for both the tool and shipping. The tool was dispatched to me quickly with friendly emails explaining when it was posted etcetera. I felt like I was dealing with friendly human beings not a huge corporate megalithic monster and I was. Thanks Ben!

I ordered brakes for my bike Tues evening and they were shipped the very next day. Also, the brakes are a new model and offered by very few online retailers. Ben's Cycle, however, had them in stock.

Large choice of high quality bike accessories. Place to go to find Gilles Berthoud saddles. Nicely priced and shipping was faster than I expected! Will buy again at Ben's cycle.... Thank you so much!

Ordered some brake leavers online and the ones that showed up were different than listed online. I was leaving for a bike trip and really needed the correct levers so I was pretty bummed out. Was contacted by Matt, a CSR, who fixed the problems. He ordered the correct ones from the factor to be shipped to my door, allowed me to run the levers that were shipped this week, and offered to include a discount coupon. Overall pretty impressed with the concern and care of the customer service.
