Great company, excellent customer service. The mattress was delivered promptly, sadly after using it for a few days we realized it was not comfortable enough for our body types and decided to request a return. Our request was delt with promptly without any issues. Thank you

The customer service was quick to respond and helpful. However it required several days of writing back and forth to reach a reasonable agreement.

Customer service was quick to respond and help resolve an issue! Ordered a mattress in a box through Amazon, tried it for a week and realized it was much too firm for me. I emailed the company asking for help with a return or exchange, and they promptly worked with me to find a resolution.
