Die Ware ist jetzt 1 1/2. Jahre alt u. schon sehr beschädigt. Das sollte nach einer relativ kurzen Benutzungsdauer nicht passieren. Ein negativer Kundendienst. Stützt ganz einfach auf abgelaufene Garantie. Schade

The return experience was not good. While ultimately they honored the return policy, I went back and forth several times, as they made offers to me I.e 40% and I could keep the topper. They only work through email and does not appear to be in the US so it was generally one email per day. The whole process to get my money back took two weeks. This is something that should have been one email and done, based on the guarantee that was described on Amazon. I appreciate that I ultimately received my money back, but the process was way too difficult. I would not purchase from them again for this reason

We had high hopes for this American made bed, but after 1 1/2 years it began going soft. We purchased the through Amazon 2 years ago this month 6/23, it was supposed to be medium/firm. My wife could no longer sleep on it due to softness. We contacted Bedstory, they offered a 35% refund, but had to be on original credit account. We closed account a year ago. They couldn’t help us, neither could Amazon. Very disappointed with this $500.00 mattress,& Bed Story. Would not recommend.

The pillows were not firm at all, too flat and uncomfortable.

I ordered the incorrect size. I have requested customer service support twice and heard nothing.

Never received the pillows and the memory foam has a huge crease in it.

There is no customer service phone number for this - it was frustrating because I could not speak to an actual person, and the emails kept coming that the mattress was on its way - but I had no way of knowing the exact drop off date.
