back problems
because of back problems i have to have a firm mattress the hybrid wasn't firm enough I called they sent out an extra firm which is perfect no hassles

This is our 3rd or 4th returned…
This is our 3rd or 4th returned mattress and we have had this last one for less than three months and we can already see the divot’s. Your product is poor at best.

Still haven’t gotten a updated on my mattress order, no delivery or anything, it’s been 3 weeks, I’m thinking of a refund, I have contacted the company and still no updated , horrible mattress company.
