My experience with pricing and ordering was very good - simple and fast. I have not yet received my product since I just ordered.

Rip off! Do not use this company...ordered nuface and it was a fake...my face was feeling the current which should not happen. The on_off switch was a sticker which is indication of a fake! There is no...I repeat NO customer service. No one answers the phone. I've left several messages and no return call. You cannot send items back as there are no return instructions or address included in the order. I was duped for $120. DO Not get duped!!!!! This "company" is horrible!!!!!

I seriously don't think this is a real company. I think they just took my $160. I paid extra for Fed Ex $18.94. FedEx has NO TRACKING NUMBER its a fake & I still do not have the product 8 days later. I've BEEN HAD! After the 14 day wait. I received the product It was perfect! The customer service is horrible, but I did get exactly what I ordered maybe because I complained on line.

Happy with Beautance, because I was able to find what I was shopping for at the lowest price!

Order process was easy and they had tons of selection. I have not received my order yet but so far so good!
