Just placed first order cant wait to give honest feedback on my experience

Terrible customer service. First of all, if they were going to cancel my order anyways don't make me call. Second of all, the representative was extremely rude and made no intention to help me figure out why payment didn't go through. Website sent me an email saying there was an issue with my payment and asked me to call. The guy that answered the phone was extremely rude. He started the conversation by interrogating me whether I was placing the order on behalf of a company and whether I was using a corporate card instead of personal, and I was absolutely not doing any of that. Then quickly he said he couldn't help me and he is going to cancel the order. I double checked my bank information. Confirming that i had both enough money and the correct billing information, I still don't know why my payment didn't process.
