Todd was very easy to work with. He communicated well and helped us through the process. We got a good deal and good flights and his help eleviated stress for us dealing with unexpected family situation that required us to return home to the USA from Asia with short notice during the busy holiday season.

Kevin went above and beyond, I was comparing cost, customer service and professionalism between two like consolidators and there was no competition, Kevin got us the best flights, he was responsive and made sure we booked a airline that was highly rated. Appreciated all his support
