STEER WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY. The “bait and switch” reviews are true. The 5-star reviews definitely are not. The company came up in a Google search and after filling out their questionnaire the price was cheaper than other sites. Got a call from one of their Agents. I explained that a very close relative had unexpectedly passed away that morning and I had to travel home urgently on that day. He took the details and said he’d call me back with quotes. I quickly got a call from the Agent’s colleague “Lamar”. He explained he would be my personal travel agent and would “look after me”. I explained my personal situation and need for urgency. He quoted a good price for the flight which i accepted. I had to provide an unnecessary amount of personal information (copy of credit card statement, picture of my credit card next to my drivers licence, passport - which i wasn’t entirely comfortable with). This was just after midday. Lamar explained he'd get back to me within 2hrs with the tickets and call me back. 2hrs went by… no call. I called him back and he said the tickets would be with me within 2hrs. I explained that i was now getting concerned as it was imperative that I make the flight home to my grieving family. I was also heading out to the airport. Lamar gave me full assurance there wouldn’t be any issue. 2hrs went by….no call… no tickets. I called Lamar as i was almost at the airport. He said the tickets would be issued at exactly 6pm (this is 6hrs from booking and the promise of tickets being issued urgently). I was at the terminal awaiting Lamars call at 6pm… no call. I called him and he now claimed that he’d told me the supplier would start working at 6pm…. WHAT…. The check-in shuts at 7pm!!!! He then said he'd call the supplier and put me on hold. He returned a short while later and said “you have three options… 1.pay full fair -which was more than the online fair fir Business Class. 2. Take Premium Economy - at a price much higher than online offerings. 3. Wait another hour (beyond checkout) for him to try and sort the issue with the supplier. This is a very clear bait-and-switch scam. When it comes to professionalism, compassion, customer service, and generally just being a decent human being, these guys scrape the very bottom of the barrel. STEER WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY.

Booked the wrong destination airport then expected me to pay for the change to correct destination

We just got off Iberia airline Business Class. It was a flight from hell. I would have expected you to be familiar with the third world conditions of Iberian and to have informed me when offering it to us. It's like they just took economy class and ripped out two seats and converted the space with the cheapest substandard "business" seating. (Which worked terribly when it worked at all.) There is no storage space for personal items, and when the seat is semi-reclined you cannot get out of the space. There were NO air vents at the individual seats, the steward said that the pilot had to set the cabin temperature. There was no offer of a drink upon seating. I asked for something to drink and was offered warm water or warm orange juice. As long as I'm at it, I can't fail to mention the Business lounge at Orlando airport, MCO. The lounge was shared by a dozen different airlines. It had seating for about 1/2 of the people that were trying to use it. The bar slipped "premium" liquor into the Margarita in order to upcharge. I'm accustomed to an open bar in a lounge. Then, arriving in Madrid was UNbelievable! Security scanners usually malfunctioned, requiring most flyers to stand in lines for 20-30 minutes. I mean, AVOID Madrid at all costs. This too, is information that BC Flights should have had and recommended that we choose a different hub for our connection to Milan. But, flying Iberia probably required a stop in Madrid. Not the service I expect from a legitimate travel broker. I guess this note is a red flag for anyone considering using BC Flights. If you're used to a true "Business Class" environment, do your homework and check out each individual carrier details, airport details and lounge details when being offered an itinerary from a ticket broker. And don't count on the good service you may have received previously to be replicated when using the same company again. I won't be using your services again. Very unprofessional, and not the experience I had with Travis last year. I definitely feel scammed, paying business price for basement bargain flight. I'm sure you knew a bout it. Probably made a nice profit for yourself.

Horrible travel company. Liars. You can not trust them. No ethics zero customer support.They advertise them selves as provider of discounted business class fares. In fact they use open Jaw tickets which means that passengers who can't make connections will have to buy whole new tickets. Open jaw tickets are the trashy low fare for which this company charges outrageous amounts. Clear bait and switch. Once realization set in. We tried to get out and then come to realization that we are screwed. Never pick up the phone. If did, told me that will get back to me soon, which did not happened till I called there sales team. Never do business with them. Plain vultures.

It was like a "bait and switch". Got a quote for a trip the included JetBlue and CONDOR. [Yes, i realize that both are 'budget' carriers.] Before, accepting the quote, i asked twice whether seat assignments were included or an extra cost. The agent,LV, confirmed ( rather emphatically) that seat assignments were included -- after all i was paying for premium economy. I made the purchase -- waited nearly 4 hours for the confirmation. When the confirmation came, there was no indication of seat assignment. The agent directed me to the airlines' websites. Went to Jet Blue (joined their loyalty program) and attempted to secure seat assignments. To my chagrin, once I started the process, the seats I 'selected' were an additional $99 per seat!! NOPE! Next went to CONDOR,and attempted to secure seats. Can't do that on their website; have to call their customer service--IN GERMANY!! Immediately, sent texts and emails to the agent, JV. Very, very slow in responding. Called my CC company, to dispute the charges and explain the "bait and switch". Finally, heard from agent and his "lame customer service" response was to "get your seat assignment when you check-in, they'll be free then". What?????? Luckily, I was able to unwind everything and get out of the transaction. Don't use bcflights!!!! Big mistake!!!

Similar experience to the other 1 star review - I was hounded by the company after submitting a request online - spoke with someone called Kevin (unclear if that's his real name) and explained what I wanted; Spammed me with tons of emails with flights that did not work for me. After discussing on the phone, he seemed to understand what I wanted and promised me a certain price and flight - several days later that flight magically disappears and only gives me other terrible options that don't meet my criteria at a higher price. Incredibly disappointing experience.

I knew exactly what I wanted and I ended up with something completely different. I was told this was as close to perfect as I was going to get so trusted you and booked it. $7000 later and I got nowhere near what I asked for. Update: following this review they contacted me to put it right, the problem was they charged me another $500 and actually made it worse. Save your self the heartache and book somewhere else.
