I was debating between using a different company to look for flights to help me use my points for business class -- i started the process but they said i needed to start looking 11 months out. But since i didn't have enough lead time, I decided to try BCflights. I was excited to find out that they allowed me to use my points for a portion of my tickets. It felt like a win-win! I was a little nervous at first giving them my points considering I never used their services before, but Ethan made it seamless. He was very responsive, even picked up the phone on his day off! I highly recommend.
