They show you one picture and send a different tire doesn’t match the picture

They sent me my order and upon opening the box, it was apparent that the bag containing the item was broken. It turned out that I didn’t need the item and I tried to return it and they wouldn’t accept it because the bag was broken. Crooks!

We want to clarify that our return policy follows the manufacturer’s guidelines, which require items to be in their original, unopened packaging in order to be eligible for a return.
