BBQ Galore has always been responsive and what I have ordered has arrived in good shape and fit. The quality of the BBQ I bought and had installed in our outdoor kitchen is durable and works very well.

In the end I got the original replacement parts ordered but only after having to go back and follow as to why I got 3 knobs versus my trays and briquettes.

I bought a turbo 11 years ago. Best bbq I ever had. Bought a new one in 2019 at pretty much the same price as before, but the features were less quality. Try it, you’ll see. Still a good bbq.

Very helpful on the phone. Parts arrived and fit perfect. With the model number of the barbecue they were able to identify the exact parts I needed.

BBQ Was delivered in a timely fashion, have not installed yet but will soon. This is the model we had at our last house and really enjoyed it.
