Smoker is great there was a few issues upon receiving the smoker the fan shroud was bent and fan did not work but customer service shipped one right out and everything works great

Ordering and delivery went fine, but a short time after I placed the order I started receiving ads , lots of ads.. the ads, all from Barbeques Galore, offered the product I had just ordered at a lower price and that the item was a clearance item and nonreturnable. Not disclosed when the order was accepted..

I suspect like any quality product that some changes are made to reduce costs. Recent shipments are ever so slightly different that those of past years. I put four stars but really still the best in my opinion.

BBQ Galore has always been responsive and what I have ordered has arrived in good shape and fit. The quality of the BBQ I bought and had installed in our outdoor kitchen is durable and works very well.

I bought a turbo 11 years ago. Best bbq I ever had. Bought a new one in 2019 at pretty much the same price as before, but the features were less quality. Try it, you’ll see. Still a good bbq.

Grill delayed. Website not the greatest

Our Grill Cover is of good quality and looks got also. But - we rec'd an email saying we would not pay for shipping and we were charged for shipping, how come?
