Throughout the process, the team made me feel comfortable and communicated every step of the way. An added bonus was the team was courteous in their communication. I already looking to use them for my other airline programs.

My upgrade was processed in hours and customer service was available during the timeline to walk me through what was needed. Was so much easier than anticipated and I have already been approved for complementary upgrades and flight changes and my status is less than three days old. This is going to save so much on bags and changes. Clear was extended to match during this same. Excited to be traveling so much during the time I have it! Thank you Basis for the A++ service.

I ordered AA Executive Platinum at basistravel.com on June 8th, 2024 (Order #6447). They stated that we can pay after the status upgrade is complete. However, no one has contacted me during these days and my account is not upgraded to what I expected. Even though I lost nothing, but still feel bad. Will edit this review once I confirm the status upgrade is complete.

Hi Sarah, We tried reaching you multiple times via email and phone, but unfortunately, the contact information provided appeared to be incorrect or incomplete. Because of this, we weren't able to proceed with your order. As you noted, you were not charged since the upgrade wasn't completed. If you're still interested in obtaining AA Executive Platinum status, please ensure your contact information is accurate so we can assist you effectively. Regards, Adam
Great service, got help numerous times throughout the process and my upgrade was even expedited a few days prior to what I expected in accordance to a flight I had booked. 10/10!

Pretty solid customer service and the transaction worked as spelled out on their website. I initiated the order, they contacted me with a question, and once the order was processed I received an invoice. Contact with the company is primarily through texting, and it sometimes take a little while to get a response - but nothing longer than 24 hours. They are currently processing another order for me, which is taking a little longer than anticipated, but I haven’t paid for it yet and am not concerned as I know they’ll follow through.
