B2C JewelsReviews of b2cjewels.com

I had the pleasure of working with Samuel from B2C to find two amazing diamonds; one marquise and one round. I greatly appreciated his expertise and he always got back to me in a very timely manner with any questions I had. I would recommend B2C to everyone!

Everything went great. B2C had a great price, on a great diamond, and provided me with excellent service. Samuel made sure everything went well. Thanks for your help!

I've had the best shopping experience in both, the website and the personalized service. Especially thanks to Shane, who was always very close of my purchase.

The customer service provided was terrific, as was the ring they provided. She loved it and was all that I had hoped for. Samuel was of particular help and made sure I received the ring on time as I had a trip planned and my timeline was short.

I was nervous about buying a diamond online, so I made sure to do a LOT of research prior. I studied the sites, reviews, diamonds, pricing, etc for weeks before I landed on B2C Jewels. #1, their pricing cannot be beat. I had a bad experience previously with Zoara, they took my wired money, before verifying if the diamond was available. B2C Jewels verified that the diamond was indeed available, and from there, were in constant communication with me, letting know the various steps that were being taken. Shane followed up with me on the phone, to let me know he was ordering my diamond, and personally inspecting it before they shipped it out to me. That is an extra step that they take, and is greatly needed, to ensure you are getting what you paid for! I felt much more at easy with this transaction, after I knew the extra lengths Shane was going through. Order #120192 arrived MORE beautiful that expected. I can't thank B2C Jewels enough!

Shane at B2C Jewels was very active in my engagement ring purchase. He provided good service and recommendations to help me through the process. It really took the weight off my shoulders of making such an important decision and allowing me to shop with ease. I would recommend Shane and B2C to all my friends and family as a great place to purchase jewelry!

Very happy with the princess cut 0.55ct diamond I bought from B2C jewels. Excellent Customer service and it was a pleasure to deal with Johny through out the whole purchasing process. Thank you Johny for your excellent customer service. The diamond is beautiful.
