Good service, would’ve been good to have some explanation about holding the phone for 15 minutes looking at the test.

The testing itself was great. Fast and easy and documentation easily available. Getting an appointment with the test I had was challenging - I was on a texting hold for a very long time - like 1.5 hours. The person I was texting with only came back on line every 20-30 minutes.

Great service, the Mobile App seems to work better than the desktop in our case, but it was easy and great to use Azova!

Overall, the experience was great. Attendant walked us through the procedure and was patient with us. The app is slightly confusing, as you will get off one call while you wait for your results and then hop on another to confirm them. Well worth it though to be able to do this where we were straight staying as opposed to having to go somewhere and possibly pay a lot of money. I would use the service again.

The person who I worked with was very patient and took her time until I was able to understand or get the app to work correctly. The app was a little flaky and the sound did not want to work correctly with the first connection. Overall an easy experience.

When asking for help, I did not get questions answered in a timely fashion. There was a 30 minute to hour response time. When taking our test our oberver was very helpful! This site needs a tutorial addressing how to use site, how to schedule appt and how to make experience less stressful.

in a scale of 10, i would rate my experience with Azova a perfect score of 10. this is only my 3rd full time job and so far, this is the best company i've been in. i've had the best training and trainor, and my 1st week in the production floor was a blast courtesy of my TL and my team mates.

The process was quick and easy to follow with the help of the person on the zoom video. They were very friendly and professional. Only downfall is the price and fact that you have to have one of these type of tests done even though one is triple vaccinated.
