I had only great experiences with Ayla Beauty. Skincare I bought from them online was healthy high quality and worked for my super sensitive skin. Almost every product they recommended worked excellently. They actually reply to emails same day and give serious thought to questions and answers. Great customer service! Ayla products and customer service are excellent! They don’t do seasonal specials or discounts like most other stores/suppliers which is unfortunate and can be hard on the pocketbook (hence the four stars), but they are who I trust for high quality products and skincare.

Ayala has the best customer service ever. Super knowledgeable staff that really understood the skin issues I was having, made great product recommendations have always been excellent at answering any of my questions.

As always, excellent service from Ayla. Love this company, their products, service etc. At my last purchase I had a problem with the delivery, and they were very supportive and efficient in solving the issue.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I love that a person can order samples before purchasing and that the size of the samples are bigger than usual!
