David, a huge shoutout to Joshua—he’ll be thrilled to know his patience and persistence made a difference for you. That’s exactly what we REALLY DO want to bring: real people helping real people succeed, especially when tech feels like a maze. We hear you loud and clear on the “British robot” experience though, and that feedback matters. We’re always working to level things up so every part of the journey feels helpful, human, and supportive. Thanks for hanging in there with us—the best is still ahead.

Wow—your words light us up! Huge thanks for taking the time to share such a detailed shoutout to Vince, Adrian, JP, and Andy. You captured it perfectly: the right support doesn’t just answer questions, it gives you the confidence to keep moving forward, and we’re so pumped that’s been your experience. Vince bringing the knowledge, Adrian and Andy making it click, and JP adding that spark—that’s the magic. After all those other packages you’ve tried, hearing this one stands out as the best? That fires us up even more. Expertise, care, and excitement to learn—that’s the winning combo we’re chasing every day. So hang in there with us—the journey is only getting started, and the next level is calling your name.
