Hi Casey, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re genuinely sorry for any frustration or confusion experienced throughout your interactions with Awesomely, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify a few points for you and future customers. Regarding your previous order in January 2024: following your purchase, we did receive a chargeback request via your bank, and as a result, issued a full refund to resolve the matter. When you later attempted a new purchase in August 2025, our system flagged your account due to the earlier chargeback. As outlined in our publicly-shared Terms & Conditions, we’re unable to approve future purchases for accounts with prior chargebacks—this policy is designed to ensure fairness and security for all customers. Throughout this process, our team responded to each inquiry to explain the situation, your refund status, and the reasons for the cancellation. To confirm: all purchases have been fully refunded, and you won’t see any future charges from us. We truly regret any confusion or feelings of being unsupported—that is never our intention. If you feel any aspect of your experience remains unresolved, please don’t hesitate to reach out directly so we can assist further: https://awesomely.com/contact | (877) 224-0445 | [email protected] Wishing you all the best ahead, and thank you again for sharing your experience. <3 —The Awesomely Customer Care Team

Alex — thank you so much for the thoughtful review. We're thrilled to hear the Payment Pools course gave you real insights, even with your solid crypto background. Love that you're diving deep and making the content your own at your pace — that's how lasting understanding is built. And props for taking us up on the refund for The Advantage — we REALLY DO stand by what we promise. Big thanks for the recommendation, and here’s to leveling up with purpose and clarity!
