Hi Patrick, thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re truly sorry for the frustration — that’s never the kind of experience we want for our customers, especially when you were dealing with significant health challenges at the time. We reviewed your account and the conversation you had with our support team. It looks like the charges you mentioned were for the products added at signup, including the Marketplace Pro software. When you reached out yesterday, our team explained each charge in detail and refunded the October 13 software renewal as a courtesy. The September renewal was outside the money-back timeframe, and we’re sorry for how the timing added to what you were already dealing with. If there’s anything else you’d like us to review or clarify, we’re here and happy to help: https://awesomely.com/contact | (877) 224-0445 | [email protected] Wishing you a smooth recovery and all the best. 💛

Victoria, this review is absolutely electric—thank you for taking the time to share it! We love that you went from *skeptical* to *ready to roll* because that curiosity and open mind? That’s where transformation starts. You hit the nail on the head about authenticity—it’s not easy to project through a screen, but it means the world that you *felt* the realness and connection behind what we’re doing. And the fact that your questions were being answered in real time? Boom, you GET it! That’s the sweet spot where clarity meets momentum. Sounds like you’re getting everything lined up beautifully—those legal ducks don’t stand a chance! We’re right here cheering you on as you dive in. The next level is waiting, Victoria, and you’re walking straight toward it.

Hi Caraline, thank you for sharing your feedback. We're truly sorry for the frustration you experienced during your refund process. Looking into your account, we can see you requested a refund on Monday, October 6th at 4:30 PM. The next morning, Maya attempted to reach you by phone, left a voicemail, and also sent both an email and text message. When you responded via email on Thursday, October 9th, she offered to extend your 30-day trial period to give you more time with the program. We understand you declined this immediately and also declined a program switch option, making it clear you wanted to proceed with your refund. Your refund was processed on Friday, October 10th. The 3-5 business day timeframe we mentioned refers to how long banks typically take to settle refunds on their end—not additional processing time on our part. We processed your request right away once the decision was final. We completely understand your frustration with the back-and-forth over those few days. Our team follows a standard process to help members who might benefit from additional support or alternatives, but we recognize that when someone is clearly requesting a refund and we're unable to connect by phone, we should move more quickly to honor that request. Your feedback is helping us improve this process. Please rest assured that our company stands 100% behind our 30-day money-back guarantee, and we're sorry the experience felt more difficult than it should have been. If you have any remaining concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly Mon-Fri 9am-5pm EST: https://awesomely.com/contact | (877) 224-0445 | [email protected] Wishing you all the best.
