I thanked him and askrd another question and 10 minutes later I received a helpful advice from Jordan! It was an outstanding expirience and I love how simple it is to work with Aweber. I am a total newbie with E-Mail marketing and it is really simple to understand! Thanks a lot to the whole Aweber-team!!

I needed to set up a new email sign up and Mary was able to do that for me. I also had some trouble changing font size on something I had cut and pasted in and Mary gave me a couple of scenarios to try and one worked. All done very efficiently and responses very timely. Thanks so much.

Heather B. was AWESOME in her assisting in getting my company planning and execution completed. We couldn't be happier. Just love to see someone so positive and eager to help.

Amanda was wonderful. She got back to me immediately and made my problem go away. Thank you, Amanda, for continuing the great service I've always gotten from AWeber!

Amanda W. quickly responded to my question of how to update my account information. Much appreciated.

I set up a number of campaigns which were all linked together with Tags. This was to allow for the delivery of a series of emails every day over a number of weeks. While setting up the Tags to trigger each campaign I spelled one of the words in one of the Tags incorrectly. This meant that the email campaigns stopped being delivered. I contacted Aweber support and Amanda W. in support provided an easy to follow solution to resolve the stopped campaigns. Her help was 5 star. Thanks Amanda W.

Chatted with Amanda W and she gave me the best customer service. She was fast prompt and very courteous. I'm sure she is a very smart and nice person as I have been in sales for over 30 years. Thank You Amanda
