Direct Express was on time and kept me in the loop as to the delivery of my vehicle. I also had to change destination spot (not too far) and the company was fine with sending my car a small distance different than what i originally told them. They are very accommodating. I would definitely use them again.

I frequently move from coast to coast and state to state. This was the first time we decided to use a transport service for one of our vehicles. I wish we would have sent both cars vs towing the other one. The process from online booking all the way through the pick up of our vehicle was simple, time efficient, and worry free. Our driver Ivan was s great guy, showed up at our houses, did a thorough walk through of the vehicle and presented us a copy of all he documented. He then asked us when we would be in Georgia, and said he would call us when he was a few hours outside of our address to coordina te the delivery. When we arrived to our home the car was in our driveway and we completed the process of delivery within minutes. I chose to go through a transportation broker rather than try to find transport for our vehicle on my own. I found DIRECT EXPRESS AUTO TRANSPORT online and did some research which was promising via reviews from other customers and BBB. The people at DEAT were great and addressed all of my concerns. All timelines were met with precision and the transport driver was friendly, clean and easy to communicate with. I recommend DEAT for any vehicle transport you need! despite the fact that I was solicited to provide this review...I would have anyway if I had know of this site to give one...they were great!

This is by far the most professional, efficient, customer oriented transport company I have ever used. From the very beginning of the process until the car was delivered, I received top flight service at an incredibly fair price. Jessie, the Customer Service Rep who handled my account was both professional and very helpful. From the time my car was picked up until it was delivered, it only took 2 days. And that was from upstate New York to Texas. Also, I really appreciated the fact that I wasn't surprised at the delivery with some additional charge that other companies are know to do. Again, overall this was a fantastic experience that i would recommend to anyone trying to get a vehicle from one end of this country to another.

Their service is perfect!!! I shipped my car from MD to CA. It only takes 9 days to transport it. They come at the first day based on my request. I will definitely recommend it to my friends if they need to ship their car.

I have had to ship 3 automobiles from Hawaii. The first time I used some other company, took over 2.5 month to get car. Next time we used Direct Express Auto, Car reached destination on East coast within 3 weeks of dropping off at Matson on Oahu. My brother decided to move back Texas. They no longer covered the Hawaii to mainland part, but worked well with Matson at picking up the car in Long Beach. Once car arrived in Long Beach, Direct Express had it picked up with the 7 day period and was at destination with 4 days after pickup. We had Rudy as the driver who was able to contact my brother in Texas and dropped off with no issue. I would say if I ever need to do another move as such I would us Direct Express Auto.

My car showed up when it was scheduled without a scratch!
