Scott, Thank you for your review. It is alarming! However, I do want to point out that the claims are filed with your administrator-- not with Auto Service Agency. However, we are here to be your advocate; to try to help you in situations like this. We're sorry you've experienced this-- it is not the norm & definitely not what we expect to hear. Please don't hesitate to contact our Customer Service Department when you experience poor customer service with the administrator. That behavior is not tolerable.
