I am glad Jacob answered my call, he was very knowledgeable and answered all my concerns, I wasn't planning on buying extended warranty but Jacob made me feel comfortable with the offer. I have been in customer service most of my life and you don't talk down to people you talk to the caller with respect. Maybe he should train others in other businesses how to work in customer service. Thank you

Jacob was very detailed in his explanation of everything. I told him my current situation and he was very empathetic. He was able to get my to a better rate than my current company, along with good manager Fred!
