Everything went well, everyone was friendly & did try to help me with the down payment amount & with the monthly payment. The down payment and the monthly payment was lowered a little bit, but enough for me. So, all in all, the service & people who helped me did an awesome job with their customer service and with their help with everything else. Thank You
