Hi James, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and I want to sincerely apologize for all the frustration this situation has caused you and your wife. I completely understand how upsetting it must feel to go through defective devices, delays, and not get the resolution you were hoping for. That’s never the kind of experience we want for our customers. I do want to clarify that when we reviewed your account, we confirmed the original order had already passed the 45-day return window by the time the request was made. Because of that, we weren’t able to issue a refund for that order, as our policy is designed to be consistent and fair for all of our customers. That said, we did process and refund the upgrade order as soon as it was returned. I know that doesn’t make the situation any less frustrating, and you’re absolutely right to be upset about the delays and the back-and-forth communication—it should have been handled more smoothly and much sooner. I’m truly sorry this has left you with such a disappointing impression of us.
