Hi Kathryn, Thank you for sharing your experience and for explaining what you and your mother have been going through. I understand how challenging it can be to balance work while also caring for a loved one, and I appreciate the effort you made to find a solution that might help your mother. We also respect her decision if she is not comfortable wearing or using the hearing aids. I reviewed your previous interactions and can see that you were able to speak with one of our Hearing Specialists. I would like to clarify that the video appointment is not mandatory to process a return. We recommend it as an additional option because it allows our Hearing Specialist to better understand the situation, answer questions, and provide guidance based on your mother's experience. We understand that your main concern is the return and refund, and we would like the opportunity to review the details of your case further. I will be endorsing your concern to our Specialized Care Team, who will be assisting you further with the return process and guiding you through the next steps. Thank you again for sharing your experience and for giving us the opportunity to look into your concern. Warm regards, Specialized Care Team Audien Hearing Support Team

Hi Kashdrawer, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We understand your concern regarding the fit of the hearing aids, especially when they are intended for your 91-year-old mother. We also understand that you would like to proceed with a return rather than continue using the devices. We would like the opportunity to review your order and help address this properly. With that, please share your order number or confirm your details through this platform, and a member of our Specialized Care Team will reach out to you to assist with the next steps, whether that involves troubleshooting or helping with a return. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and allowing us to look into your concern. Warm regards, Specialized Care Team Audien Hearing Support Team
