The support really helpful and responsive

I requested a refund because I wasn't able to use the service for my specific use case. Brian (the service representative) was able to fix the technical problem I had (by telling me to choose a specific protocol in the Atlas VPN settings). However, because I was physically out of my home country at the time, I was not able to fully confirm the fix (since it wasn't my normal use case), so he refunded me anyway. Once I get back home, I'm going to sign up again, and I'm guessing that everything will work now.

Needed to set an advanced option. Worked perfectly! Some of my own small local business sites were blocked. They said: "Could you please try changing your connection protocol to IKEv2? 🙏 This can be done by following these steps: For macOS, on the AtlasVPN application click on Settings, scroll down to Advanced settings, and choose IPSec/IKEv2."
