It has been a true pleasure getting to know Valerie Martinelli through the resume process. She took the time to get to know me through a consultation and then had me complete a questionnaire to self-reflect on my passions and career accomplishments. This ensured when she authored my resume it was my authentic self and used powerful statements to highlight my most marketable career accomplishments. Valerie had my resume completed and back to me within 3 business days of providing her with pertinent information. She then ensured it was to my satisfaction and was willing to make any revisions requested. The resume she authored was concise, convincing, and professional; truly boosting my confidence once seeing all my accomplishments. Valerie was also very motivating and empowering since I was a bit self-conscious since it had been 13 years since I needed to create a resume.
