Every time I have ever rented from Arwood has been an excellent experience...except this time. Still good over all but the person I spoke with when I called back to reserve the dumpster seemed to have no idea about the deal the previous person told me about and seemed genuinely disinterested all together. I will still come back to Arwood but please have some customer service training with this young man.

These bathrooms are not kept clean and do not get dumped as often as we need.
