Other than a billing issue, the service was smooth

Work was completed when promised.

Their accounting department (family book keeping) is a joke. I mean really it is a "Joke" - actually a funny one if this was not a business. 5 or 6 years with them and they cannot ever balance the books from month to month. 3 or 4 times a year we have to send them our cancelled checks only for them to scratch their heads and restart picking up our garbage. It is the same thing time after time - do the math 5 years x 3 times per year = 15 (minimum) times we have to stop what we are doing as a business and show them the cancelled checks....... Pitiful.

I have been in business for 30 years and this was the worst customer experience I've ever had. They have lost my business forever.

Fast reply expedited answers for construction needs

We have excellent service, however, we do not have recycle pickup, which would make life a whole lot easier. This is my first home without it and it is a royal pain to have to load everything up and haul it to the tiny local recycling area.

I had an issue with pick up one time, called and they came the next business day to collect the trash.
