Artisan HardwareReviews of artisanhardware.com

The customer service is just amazing. People answer the phone when you call! Helpful people! My questions were answered patiently and my door is beautiful.

Very helpful, friendly contact people. Material delivered in a timely manner and in perfect condition. Beautiful hardware and easy installation. Highly recommended!

Professional and exceptional quality. Love the craftsmanship and responsive customer service.

Shipped wrong door glides even though the correct ones were listed on the packing slip. Delayed installation a few days.

The barndoor track kit and their support is excellent. In addition, since my door was thicker than standard, they helped identify the additional hardware that I needed. The whole set was sent within 2 days.

Good all round! Received hardware ordered and guides were readily replaced by customer service when I discovered they would not work in my particular case. Barn door hardware quality is excellent. Would recommend.

Nice door but better directions for hanging would have been super helpful!

Great products and very helpful sales team!!
